Return Window
Unworn items in original condition with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
How to Return
Contact support@zedluxe.com with your order number to start a return or exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
Non-Returnable
Sale items and accessories such as caps and bucket hats are final sale unless faulty.
